Hi, I’m Leilani Symon.
As a certified transformational coach and trainee coaching psychologist, working towards Chartered coaching psychologist status, I specialise in narcisstic abuse recovery and in breaking free from the bondage of dysfunctional family systems, so you can become the true self that you have always longed to be.
A practical and pleuralistic approach anchored in psychological theory, sound biblical doctrine and Bowen’s Family Systems Theory inform my work. (I am a certified coach, trained in counselling skills (currently taking my Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic counselling, with an academic background in psychology with counselling).

I offer discounted sessions and 2 sessions a week for free to those who can show proof of their hardship (for example proof of receiving government assistance / benefits).

Group Coaching
12 x 2 hour group coaching with no more than 8 people in the group - sessions held at biweekly intervals to help guide you through a transitional time or to bring you to a deeper place of freedom within yourself whilst sharing with others in a safe, edifying and encouraging environment. There will be 3 different intake points in the year.

Pricing is based your desired timeline for coaching.
Discounts are available for students and those on government assisted benefits.

Engagement lasts as little or as long as is desired or required by the client. Sessions last 50 minutes and it is recommended for them to take place fortnightly. Depending on your needs, you may choose weekly or monthly sessions also. I advise having sessions no more than a month apart. All booked packages must be used within a calender year of purchase.

Coaching and counselling are similar in many ways, they both use active listening skills and are both tailored to the client’s personal needs. Coaching however, although it often looks back, to see where limiting beliefs were adopted by an individual, is a forward looking process, anchored in the substance of the hope of becoming the best version of yourself that is possible.
